In order to learn an Alchemy Specialization, there are a few conditions players have to meet. Simply put, all you need to do it complete the respective Quest and you’ll be rewarded with the Specialization. But, in order to gain access to these Quests, you have to be at least level 68+ and have an Alchemy Skill of at least 350.
