In this First Aid guide, the cloth amounts are the minimum you will need. At some points, you might be crafting yellow or even green bandages, and so I advise getting some extra.
- Linen Cloth: 6 Stacks (120)
- Wool Cloth: 6 Stacks (120)
- Silk Cloth: 5 Stacks (100)
- Mageweave Cloth: 4 Stacks (80)
- Runecloth: 3 Stacks (60)
If you have extra Mageweave Cloth, or if it’s much cheaper, you can also get to 300 just crafting the Heavy Mageweave Bandage.
First Aid Guide – Books & Triage Quest
Once you hit Skill level 150, you need to buy a book from a vendor of your faction. This book will teach you the next stage of First Aid.
For the Alliance, it is available from Deneb Walker in Stromgarde Keep. Players of the Horde can purchase it from Balai Lok’Wein in Brackenwall Village.
The Next stage of this First Aid guide is a little bit trickier. As soon as you hit Skill level 225, you need to complete the quest Triage. This will allow you to skill up to 300. The quest is available in Theramore Isle(Dustwallow Marsh) for Alliance and Hammerfall (Arathi Highlands) for Horde respectively.
The quest requires you to keep soldiers alive by healing them. Here’s a nice trick to make it easy for you:
You should always heal critically injured, then badly injured, then injured and finally the most recent spawn.
How to get First Aid to 300
Other than the above mentioned difficulties, it is quite simple. You need to save all the cloth you get and craft bandages from them. If you are already level 60, the total material cost for First Aid 1-300 are about 50 gold. This depends on your servers’ prices, of course.
